• We do not guarantee visa approval
• Once the visa application process has started, service fees are generally non-refundable

Non Refundable

The money will not be refunded under the following conditions:

• Visa application is rejected by Vietnam Immigration
• Incorrect, incomplete, or untrue information given by the applicant
• Change of travel plans, personal reasons, or cancellation by the applicant
• Delays due to immigration authorities, public holidays, changes of policy
• Lack of submission of required documents on time
• Overstay, past immigration violation, or eligibility concerns

Government fees, where applicable, will be strictly non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

• Payment was made but the application was not processed at all
• The service could not be initiated due to a technical or operational error solely from our side

In such cases, refunds will be evaluated after internal review and approval.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in rare cases where:

Processing fees, administrative charges, and payment gateway fees may still be deducted.

No Refund for Visa Extension & Long-Term Visas

• Visa extension and long-term visa services are subject to current immigration rules
• Approval is not guaranteed
• No refund will be provided once processing has begun, regardless of outcome

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control
